How much do you charge for delivery?
Nothing! Shipping is free when you place an order.
Do you sell outside the UK?
No, at the moment I only ship to the UK. If you live anywhere else, you can find my designs on a huge selection of products in the print on demand store Zazzle.
Can I return a product?
- If a product is damaged or faulty you can return it within 30 days and I’ll offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days.
- If the product is undamaged but you change your mind or just don’t like it, you can return it within 14 days and I’ll offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days.
- Please note, if the product has been personalised I can only offer a refund if it’s damaged or faulty.
- In addition, I can’t cover the cost of returning the item to me unless it’s damaged or faulty. I’m a very small business with tiny margins so I hope you understand.
What if my order goes missing?
If your order doesn’t arrive please let me know and I’ll investigate and send it out again if it’s gone missing.
Do you do commissions?
Yes I do! You can find out more about ordering a commission from me here.
Can I order items as gifts?
Yes! If you let me know that the item is a gift at checkout I’ll wrap it in leopard print paper free of charge and ship it to the recipient.
How long do I need to wait to get my stuff?
I aim to ship cards, tea towels and stickers as quickly as possible, to be with you within 3-5 days. Prints take a wee bit longer as they are printed on demand, when you order them, so I aim to get them to you within 6-10 days. I use Royal Mail for my deliveries.
Can you customise the prints?
Yes! If you’d like a name, date or message added to any of my prints just let me know.
